Clients We Serve
We primarily focus on Real Estate Investors and Service Based Businesses, but are open to working outside of this criteria if we determine it’s a good fit and can add value.
Does this sound like you?
———————- Your Values ———————-
Your values and primary goals include some or all of the following:
You don’t buy into the traditional 9-5 lifestyle.
Instead of working 40+ years so you can retire, you’re focused on building a life that you never want to retire from.
You want to be financially successful, but simultaneously focus on providing value to others and making a meaningful impact.
You’ve realized that more money does not necessarily equal more happiness. Money enables you to live your best life, but it’s not the ultimate end goal.
You believe life is about experiences and relationships, not stuff.
You want to have options and flexibility so you can live life on your terms.
———-——- Your Situation——————-
You’re a real estate investor, business owner, or independent contractor and meet at least one of these criteria:
You make >$100K of annual revenue.
You want to increase profit and maximize profitability.
You want to expand your business (open new locations, hire employees, etc.).
Your books are a mess.
You have difficulties managing cash flow.
Tax season is a headache for you.
You feel like you’re overpaying in taxes.
You spend too much time working IN your business instead of ON your business.

Being proactive is crucial when it comes to reducing taxes. Waiting until April of the following year severely limits your options, which often results in paying thousands of dollars in additional taxes that otherwise could’ve been avoided.
We work with you proactively throughout the year to identify and implement strategies that minimize your tax liability. Don’t worry, it’s all legal! Our goal is for you to pay as little in taxes as legally possible.
In addition, we assist with running projections and calculating estimated tax payments on a quarterly basis, to ensure you’re not over or underpaying.
This will help you avoid tax surprises and prevent you from paying any interest or underpayment penalties.
If we’re not also preparing your taxes, we will collaborate with your tax preparer to identify and implement these strategies, so everyone is always on the same page.

Tax preparation is an overwhelming, stressful, and time-consuming process for many people, especially business owners.
Not only that, but it can also have serious financial (and sometimes legal) consequences if not done correctly.
Tax laws are always changing, and although software can limit a lot of the manual data entry and number crunching, it’s hard to know if everything is being done correctly if you don’t understand the process that’s happening behind the scenes.
We work with you to make tax season stress and hassle free, by offering a streamlined process that minimizes your involvement as much as possible.
You provide us with the documents and information, we’ll handle the rest.
Once your return is prepared, we’ll send you a draft copy and review it at a high-level before filing.
Refunds can be direct deposited into your bank account or applied to the current year, and we assist with making any additional payments if required.
We offer tax preparation services for both individuals and business owners.
Process – Prior to beginning any work, we'll have an initial meeting with you to gather the facts and information necessary to prepare your return. Upon completion of this initial meeting, we'll provide you with an estimated fee and anticipated date by which we expect to finish your return. The initial diligence meeting is no cost and you'll be under no obligation to use our services.
Fees – Our fees start at $400 for individuals and $800 for businesses. This includes completing and filing your federal return and one state return. Our final fee is based on the complexity of your return and the number of returns you need filed. Examples of common items which increase the complexity and fee include:
Additional state returns
Rental property ownership
Business ownership
Real estate transactions
High volume of capital gain or loss transactions
Partnership or Trust interests
Ownership of foreign assets or bank accounts
Errors in your previous return(s)
